Terms of Service

Last updated: January 19, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Blockly. Access is strictly by invitation; invitations are very limited because the service is in an extreme beta and is provided as a short trial to evaluate feasibility. If you believe you should have access or wish to request an invite, contact invites@blockly.website. For legal matters, contact legal@blockly.website.

Third-party service providers

We rely on a small set of reputable third parties to operate, secure, and monitor the platform. Below is a summary of those services and how they are used.

  • Cloudflare — Provides DNS routing, CDN caching, DDoS mitigation, TLS termination, and edge security protections for the site.
  • Supabase — Managed database hosting (PostgreSQL) that stores application data, backups, and analytics related to usage.
  • Auth0 — Authentication and identity provider used for handling sign-in, multi-factor authentication, and identity lifecycle events.
  • Instatus — Status page and monitoring service used to publish incidents, uptime, and maintenance notices.

User accounts and invitations

Accounts are created via invitation only. Workspace owners and administrators may issue invites. If you believe you should have access, or need assistance with an invite, contact invites@blockly.website. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts for violations of these Terms.

Acceptable use and content

Users must not misuse the service (e.g., upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in harassment). Violation of these rules may result in account termination and possible legal action.

Limitations of liability and disclaimers

Our service is provided “as-is.” We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. For detailed limitations and indemnities, contact legal@blockly.website for the full legal agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our primary operating jurisdiction. For questions, reach out to legal@blockly.website.
